I heard a radio interview with Deano a couple of years ago and he was asked if Wright Phillips had been in touch when he announced he was forced to retire and Dean said "I don't really remember". In other words no.

I remember Ashton seriously considered suing the prick for damages. Does anyone know if Wright-Philips actually apologised to Deano for that training tackle? I got the impression at the time he didn't think he had done anything wrong.

Adebayor didn't do too badly when Sherwood gave him a vote of confidence, Dancer.

Ramsey is trying the old new managers trick of picking players that weren't played by the previous manager and hoping they have a point to prove and step up, Taarabt playing too. It rarely works.
